    What is your favorite type of Running Sneaker?

    Does it differ for short (5K) vs long (half marathon)?

    My favorite brand tends to jump around! Generally, I prefer Asics, but right now, I'm wearing Mizunos that are doing the job just fine! Whatever brand you choose, be sure to pick the right support! Places like TriSpot and Fleet Feet have very knowledgeable staff that help you get just the right sneaker. Due to my arches and running style, stability shoes tend to what I need. Sometimes I can get away with a cushion shoe, which I find to be more comfortable! Whatever you buy, just make sure it's best for you!
